Ways, one of Lebanon's foremost Events Production and Direct Marketing
company, was founded in 1989 by Walid Yasmine. Mr.Yasmine possesses a varied media
background. Most notably, he's the former Marketing and Sales Manager of Telemanagement,
the exclusive Media House of the only two private TV stations operating in Lebanon
at that time. With 25 years of experience in the marketing and advertising fields,
Mr. Yasmine was at one point overseeing about 65% of total advertising expenditure
in Lebanon.
Through Ways, Mr. Yasmine sought to launch three specialized activities,
Events Production, Specialized Publications and Direct Marketing, while introducing
the Middle East markets to these fields that were lacking in the regional advertising
industries.
Each year, Ways organizes a number of events that appeal to different markets
and different segments of the Lebanese population. Ways also owns the exclusive
rights to all events that they organize. Among the most anticipated events are the
Woman and Man of the Year, Le Cuistot du Liban, the Consumer Trophy and the Lebanese
Karaoke Championship.
