Chef Christophe Schmitt from Le Diane, the Michelin-starred restaurant at Hôtel Fouquet’s Barrière, which was awarded the Pierre Taittinger International Culinary Trophy, will be preparing the most sumptuous French menu that will impress fine diners at this exclusive event. Joining him is Hotel Majestic Barriere's Chef Maryan Gandon who has helped several restaurants from Paris to Cannes earn prestigious Michelin stars.

In a momentous occasion that underlines the finest in luxury hospitality, the weekend will bring together three of The Leading Hotels of the World, namely Hôtel Fouquet’s Barriere Paris, Hotel Majestic Barriere Cannes and Le Royal Hotels & Resorts Beirut. On hand to inaugurate the event are Hôtel Fouquet's Barrière Paris General Manager Fabrice Moizan, Majestic's Cannes General Manager Pierre-Louis Renou and Le Royal Hotels' Vice President Nather Auchi.
