The kitchen team participated in seven competitions where a wide array of medals were collected; two Gold won by for Chef Mahmoud Hamoush for “Open Show Piece” and Chef Ihab Nassar for “Live Sandwich”, three Silvers for Chef Alaa Masri for “Six Course Menu”, Chef Ziad Iskandarani for “Arabic Sweets” and Chef Ali Lakkis for “Cold Platter Presentation”, two Bronze medals for Chef Dany Tabet and Chef Yehia Rawas for “Best Lebanese Dish”, Chef Ali Saad and Chef Mohamad Ezzeddine for “Best Meat Dish”.
